A few weeks before your photoshoot, we'll arrange an in-studio consultation. You'll receive our exclusive style guide for inspiration, helping us understand your preferences. During the consultation, we'll discuss your favorite images from our portfolio, the individuals you'd like to include in your photoshoot, wardrobe choices, and preparation tips. I'll guide you through our studio wardrobe, showcase various print sizes and products, allowing you to envision what you might want to take home. By the end, you'll leave with a prep guide and a clear understanding of what to expect on the day.

When you first step in for your shoot, we'll together choose and arrange the outfits, ready for quick changes. Take a moment to unwind in our hair and makeup area, where your look is entirely up to you. Meanwhile, I'll be planning your session down to the finest detail, ensuring a smooth flow when we start capturing moments. You get to indulge in multiple outfit changes, reflecting different sides of who you are. I'll be right there, guiding you on how to sit, stand, and smile, so there's no need to stress about posing. And just for you, we'll create a behind-the-scenes video to cherish. After the shoot, we'll set a date for your private sales appointment, where you'll come back to view your images and decide on the perfect products for you. Our photo shoots are held in the mornings, Monday through Friday.

Once your images shine, we handcraft your products, including silver halide prints, fine art photographic prints, and bespoke frames. During your reveal/sales appointment you get to see your amazing finished portraits and decide what you want to purchase. We'll go through them together, talking about your favourites. We can narrow it down to those you love and what you want to take home. Together, we'll finalize your order based on your selected images and preferred size. This is when we settle the payment for your photos; for the full print/price list just contact us. There's no obligation to buy; you pay only for the portraits that capture your heart. Opt for full payment to have your prints handmade immediately, or explore our available payment plans. Alongside your portraits, you'll receive our exclusive care guide, ensuring they remain as beautiful in decades as the day you first welcomed them.

Can this be a gift for someone?
Absolutely, we couldn’t think of something more special. It’s both an experience and a gift they will treasure for years, gift vouchers are available just click here or contact us and we will help you personally.
Do you do hair and make up?
Yes, if you choose to upgrade your package to include hair and make up you can. We have an amazing team of professional hair and make up artists who will make you look and feel special. We don’t ‘doll you up and hope you like it’, how you look is entirely up to you. We can cater for any sensitivities or allergies too.
How many people can you take?
We can comfortably photograph up to 10 people including kids. Any more than this our little studio begins to feel quite snug. If you have a large group please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate everyone.
Can we bring our pet with us?
Yes, we love working with fur babies of all types. When you enquire just let us know and we’ll chat about the best way to include them in your photo shoot. They are part of the family after all.
What am I going to do with all these photos?
We love seeing families share their portraits, passing them among loved ones or rotating the ones on display while keeping the rest stored safely. Perhaps you're thinking about creating heirlooms - something to be cherished and passed down for generations.
I truly believe we should have more than just one lonely photo of ourselves. Each of us has so many facets, and every portrait should capture a different piece of who we are. Leaving behind images you are proud of is invaluable; they become treasured heirlooms for our children and grandchildren, offering glimpses into our lives and legacies long after we’re gone.
Can I dress casually or does it have to be glamorous?
Yes, you can dress casual. At your consultation we will chat about what you want to wear and if you want casual and dressy/glamorous we can do both too! And we have a studio wardrobe for you to use if you don’t want to wear something from home.
How much?
If you are looking for fast and cheap, we are probably not the best studio for you. However if you want to be pampered, taken care of, enjoy a simple and carefree experience where you are helped every step of the way, then we are perfect for you! If you want to take home luxury prints guaranteed to last 75+years and become heirlooms then you’ll love what we do. We don’t do ‘sit-snap-thank-you-goodbye’, each photo shoot is a model for a day experience and we charge accordingly. Most people love their images so much they spend on average $3,000 in total. Please note, there is no obligation to buy and what you choose to take home is entirely up to you!
Can you work with limited mobility?
Yes, we have worked with everyone from 6months to 96yrs and nothing should stop you having beautiful photos you are proud of. There are so many tips and tricks I can share with you to minimise aids and work with inflexibility. We can hide wheelchairs, provide posing boxes to lean on and ensure that those who are able to move comfortably do the most moving when posing so that those who can’t don’t have to.
Can I combine this special with another promotion, can I stack discounts?
