We're thrilled to offer a range of instalment options, giving you the flexibility to either pay in full, AfterPay, Lay-by or Pre-pay for our full range of heirloom quality products including prints, frames and folio boxes. Whether you prefer to split your order, pay for some items in full and take them home immediately while gradually settling the rest, opt for a budget-friendly Lay-by or AfterPay for your entire print order, or choose to prepay for a seamless experience, ensuring everything is taken care of before your photo shoot.

How it works

  • You’ll get to experience the full Classic or Simple photo shoot as per always.

  • At your sales appointment you choose the images you love and we write up an order/gst invoice.

  • Once you are happy with your order, you decide how you want to pay.

    Pay in Full - your images are created immediately and yours to take home. (eftpos, credit card or bank transfer)

    AfterPay - Buy now and pay in 4 interest-free instalments over 6 weeks.

    Lay-By - together we chat over how to structure your lay-by to suit you best. An agreement is signed.
    There is a minimum 10% deposit and you can spread the payments over (and up to) 24 months. There is a 1% transaction fee.

  • You choose the frequency and amount of the instalments.

  • As per a traditional lay-by it is pick up after final payment. However if you have chosen to pay for some outright at your sales appointment these can be taken home at that time.

  • If you are thinking of prepay, please let us know when you first contact us and we’ll chat to you about what is best for your situation.


LAYBY INSTALMENT Guide

Lay-by and pre-pay FAQ

  • Yes.
    When we set up your agreement you choose how frequent or how much you’d like your instalments to be. If you want to change this during the lay-by period just contact us via email (in-writing) and we’ll sort it for you, as long as it doesn’t result in the layby period being longer than 24 months.

  • You can choose how long you would like your Lay-by to be, up to 24 months in length.

  • Every Lay-by agreement is set up in conjunction with GoCardless. We do not charge any extra fees for setting up your instalments, however GoCardless has a 1% transaction fee. These are pre-calculated for you in the Lay-by agreement.

  • Yes,
    at anytime just contact us and we’ll get back to you with your payments to date and how much is still to go.

  • What is the cancellation fee? Your cancellation fees are calculated on the GoCardless 1% transaction fee and a $50 admin fee. If you have made part payments, when you cancel, you are entitled to products to the value of your payments (less the cancellation fee)

  • At your introductory consult we’ll find the perfect date for your shoot, if you need to change this at a later date, please give us as much warning as possible. We are happy to reschedule your shoot date if the unexpected occurs, however if this occurs within 3weeks of your shoot date another sitting fee is required.

  • Yes we can do that, if you want to add on more people we can settle the extra sitting fee at your styling consultation, if it’s less people we can just add it to your package credit if you want.

  • We understand that you will never really know what you love until you see your finished portraits. So if you end up wanting more than you expected (which happens for almost every shoot) you just settle the difference at your reveal. If you end up wanting less than you paid for we can refund you the balance, less the GoCardless Fees.

  • Yes, if you choose to cancel you will receive a refund via bank transfer. This is the total amount paid to date minus the cancellation fee. Or if you choose you can take home any products that you have paid for in full.

  • Yes,

    you can contact us at anytime let us know that you would like to make a one-off payment. We will reply with our bank account details for you to make the direct debit. Please note this amount comes off the end of your lay-by shortening the payment term.
