3 TIPS FOR BETTER PHOTOS over summer
If you’re like me you know summer is full of those moments we treasure so much; salt and sand at the beach, warm evenings with friends, the feeling that everyone is just a little more themselves. So if you want to capture so beautiful images with your phone: a few tiny tweaks can make your photos go from okay to oh-wow...
1. Find the softest light
Morning and late afternoon will always give you that warm, flattering glow. If the sun is high and you see hard shadows, step into shade. It softens everything instantly.
2. Wipe your lens
It sounds too simple to matter, but it truly does. Sunscreen, fingerprints and dirt or fluff blur everything. A quick wipe brings back the sharpness.
3. Keep it simple
Before you tap the shutter, pause. Ask yourself what the moment really is. Then check for distractions, move that stray towel, step in closer, hide the messy parts and focus.
And of course, when you want to be in the photos instead of behind the camera, when you want something deeper, more intentional, and beautifully crafted, that’s where we can help. We pour my heart into creating portraits that feel like a legacy, not just a snapshot. Your everyday moments are precious… and sometimes they deserve to be photographed professionally, with care and artistry that we are known for.
