The Marshall family

Last week I had the pleasure of working with the wonderful Marshall family, mum, dad, their two teens, and even Teddy, their gorgeous and energetic dog. A calm, quiet and confident family, their session was not about flashy outfits or fashion poses, but about capturing everyone just as they are.

Having never had the opportunity for professional family photos, and with their oldest preparing to leave home, it was time to create their long awaited portraits. Perhaps even the last photograph these two will have together as siblings before they head off into the world and spread their wings.

If you dream of photos of your family, the kind you have always meant to capture but time keeps slipping by, do not put it off. Do not wait until exams are here, or they are packing their bags, or already gone. You will never get this time again.
