Life has a way of changing us.

Sometimes it's through joy, but sometimes it's through heartbreak, grief, disappointment, illness, and carrying more than anyone else realises. Bit by bit, those experiences can dim the light we once carried so effortlessly. The beautiful Frankie woman came to her session during one of those moments.

Over the past several years she has faced losing loved ones, heartache and challenges. Through it all, she has continued to put others first, often giving every part of herself until she felt there was very little left in reserve. Somewhere amongst caring for everyone else, she admitted she'd lost sight of the woman she used to be.

So the theme for her session became "To find my sparkle again."

How many of us feel the same? How many of us spend years surviving instead of living, giving so much to others that we forget to extend that same kindness to ourselves? Healing never happens all at once, it often begins with a single moment of realising, I matter too.

This session wasn’t about ignoring what she’s been through, but about seeing that her strength, warmth, and beauty are still very much there.
